The Inner Harmony Yoga School holds workshops and retreats at Harmony Mountain Spa and Retreat. This location has been choosen for it serenity and beauty. Even as you approach the house from the dramatically lit winding drive, you know that you are embarking on a journey. The architectural lines of this home represent the Italian style that is inherent to owner’s own cultural background, accented with interwoven Eastern architectural detail.

Upon entering, one can only notice the breathtaking view out the living room windows. At the highest point in Waverly, Pennsylvania, you feel as if you are floating on a cloud. The misty morning air and vanishing edge pool create a feeling of mystery. There is a calmness about this property that cannot be explained, it must be experienced.

The Perfect Yoga Retreat Location There are little pieces of heaven everywhere. But, the amazing part about these “pieces of heaven” is that you have to happen upon them. Nothing in this place jumps out at you. There are individual retreats areas, inside and outside: a theater in the basement, a music niche, a meditation room, heated stepping stones leading to a spa carved right out of the earth, hiking trails and Asian gardens. But, the real beauty is coming across all these tranquil elements yourself.
